Get ready for some new updates to a few of our popular channels on Vianet's Flextv television service starting on January 1st, 2025! A select group of channels will be receiving a rebrand from their broadcasters, making them even better suited for today's viewing habits. As well, our channel lineup is evolving, and as part of this process, three channels will be discontinued.

These updates are happening to:

• Reflect Modern Viewing: Channel branding will be refreshed to better represent their content and appeal to viewers.
• Unlock New Shows & Content: Get ready for exciting new programming and exclusive content on some of your favorite channels.
• Evolving Lineup: Beginning Jan 1st, three channels will be discontinued by their respective networks.

Seamless Transition for You:
If you're currently subscribed to a channel undergoing a rebrand, you don't need to do a thing! On the day of the change, your channels will automatically update with the new branding.

Broadcaster Changes:
Effective January 1st, three channels are being discontinued by their broadcasting networks (Bell Media / Corus) and will no longer be available in your channel lineup. The channels that are being impacted are MTV Canada, Magnolia Network and Cooking Channel.

Corus Channel Rebrands:
Starting December 30th, HGTV Canada is rebranding as Home Network and Food Network Canada will become Flavour Network.

Bell Media Channel Rebrands:
Starting January 1st, Discovery will become USA Network, Investigation Discovery is changing to Oxygen True Crime, Discovery Velocity will turn into CTV Speed, Animal Planet will become CTV Wild and Discovery Science will rebrand as CTV Nature.

Due to the above rebrandings, some program content customers are used to viewing on these channels will move to the rebranded channels and other shows might not be available at all.
